Patch-Gewinnspiel des Vereins UA-DE e.V.

Veranstalter ist der gemeinnützige Verein UA-DE e.V., Tannenstr. 5, 40476 Düsseldorf.
Dieses Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Twitter/X und wird in keiner Weise von Twitter/X gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.
Teilnahme
- Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen ab 18 Jahren.
- Jede Person darf nur einmal teilnehmen (ein Los pro Person).
- Mitarbeiter:innen und Vorstandsmitglieder des Vereins sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
Teilnahmezeitraum
Das Gewinnspiel läuft bis zum 19.10.2025, 20:00 Uhr.
Teilnahmewege
Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos möglich. Eine Spende ist nicht erforderlich und erhöht die Gewinnchancen nicht.
Teilnahme erfolgt auf einem der beiden Wege:
- Spenden-Nachweis: Wer bereits an den Verein gespendet hat, sendet die PayPal-Transaktions-ID oder einen Screenshot der Überweisung per Mail an monsterpatch@games.ua-de.info.
- Kostenlose Teilnahme: Wer nicht gespendet hat, sendet per Mail an dieselbe Adresse Screenshots, die zeigen, dass er/sie mindestens einen Beitrag zum Fundraiser Truck #18 des Vereins auf Twitter/X geteilt hat.
Gewinne
Es werden 5 exklusive Patches verlost. Eine Barauszahlung ist ausgeschlossen.
Gewinnerermittlung
Die Gewinner:innen werden nach Teilnahmeschluss per Zufallsauswahl ermittelt und per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Meldet sich eine ausgeloste Person nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen, wird neu ausgelost.
Datenschutz
Für die Teilnahme werden folgende Daten verarbeitet: E-Mail-Adresse, Nachweis (Screenshot oder Transaktions-ID). Gewinner geben zusätzlich eine Versandadresse an.
Die Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet und spätestens 4 Wochen nach Versand der Gewinne gelöscht.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse: Durchführung des Gewinnspiels).

- Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Organizer
The organizer is the non-profit association UA-DE e.V., Tannenstr. 5, 40476 Düsseldorf, Germany.
This giveaway is not connected to Twitter/X and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter/X.
Participation
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older..
Each person may participate only once (one entry per person).
Employees and board members of the association are excluded from participation.
Entry Period
The giveaway runs until October 19, 2025, 8:00 PM (CET).
How to Enter
Participation is free of charge. A donation is not required and does not increase the chances of winning.
You can enter in one of the following ways:
- Donation Proof:
If you have already donated to the association, send the PayPal transaction ID or a screenshot of the transfer by email to monsteratch@games.ua-de.info. - Free Participation:
If you have not donated, send by email to the same address a screenshot showing that you have shared at least one post about the association’s Fundraiser Truck #18 on Twitter/X.
Prizes
Five (5) exclusive patches will be raffled.
A cash payout of the prize is excluded.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected after the entry deadline and notified by email.
If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Data Protection
For participation, the following data will be processed: email address and proof (screenshot or transaction ID).
Winners will additionally provide a shipping address.
Data will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway and will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the prizes have been shipped.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest: execution of the giveaway).

Other Provisions
The right of appeal is excluded.
